What are your top tips for shopping at Bride To Be Couture?

My top tip would be to come into your appointment with a vision of your dress or knowing how you want the dress to make you feel. Your vision can always change as you try on more dresses, but with so many options in the store, it gives us a great place to start. Any pictures of dresses you love and your venue are super helpful.  All of our dresses are beautiful, but we are trying to find the dress that makes you feel special and you'll never want to take off. That's how you know it's the one!

Best advice for Brides

1. Always be open to the possibility that when you are shopping you could find the one. Dress shopping can be a wonderful experience, but the more dresses you try on "for fun" the less special and more overwhelming the process will be. This way when you do find your dream dress you can fully enjoy the moment, even when you least expect it.
2. Everyone's dress shopping experience is unique and will be different from your family and friends and that is ok. It may be the first or last dress you try on. It might be exactly what you imagined or the complete opposite. You might cry, you might be excited, or you may just feel really calm and confident. All of these feelings are valid. Be true to yourself and have fun!
3. Be as open and honest as you can with your Stylist. We are here to help you! Tell us what you like and don't like (you won't hurt our feelings!). Maybe it is something we change or add to make your dress perfect. Is there a guest with you that may be difficult or something you don't want them to know? Let us know in the room. We are your bridal besties and we want to do everything we can to find your dream dress and give you an amazing experience!

- Be super honest! We will never be offended if you tell us that you don't like something. The reality is that we only care about YOU so make sure you tell your stylist what you do and do not like about each style that you see. Another tip is bring people who are there to support you and your relationship. If you know that someone is bringing negative energy... DO NOT BRING THEM. This is a moment for you and our priority will always be making sure our Bride leaves with her perfect dress.

Best Advice for Brides

- My best advice for brides would be to understand that it is OKAY for your style to change part way through your shopping experiences. We see bride's all the time who come in with one idea and leave with a completely different one. That is perfectly normal so please don't feel discouraged. We are here to guide you to your perfect dress so don't settle for "The Best of the Day".

- Be ready to find your dress! We have so many dresses ready for you to try on which allows you to really see everything you need to see. Don't be surprised if you find it on your first visit. Also, try on every silhouette before sticking to one. Wedding dresses are made to make you look your best. Give all the different skirt shapes a shot because you could surprise yourself and end up loving something you never even thought about trying on!

- Follow your gut instincts! You know what feels right for you and that is the most important thing. Be open and honest with your stylist about how you are feeling in each dress. This will help us get a better idea of what you are looking for and will lead them to pulling the one! Remember, we did not design these dresses, you won't hurt our feelings! We are on your side and want you to feel and look your best on your wedding day. We are dedicated to your vision and will bring it to life!
